The 500-Sheet Staple Finisher 2025 provides single and dual-position stapling on both the long and short edges of the paper, along with multi-position stapling capabilities. The finisher also supports offset job stacking, helping to keep output organised. Its output bin can hold up to 500 sheets and supports the same media sizes, weights and types as the printer it’s paired with.

 Smart paper sensing 
The unit is equipped with intelligent sensors that detect the presence of a staple cartridge, as well as its status – whether it is low or empty. It also monitors the output bin and alerts users when it is full.
